Account & Registration

Everything you need to know about creating, managing, and recovering your GamsPK account.

Go to gamspk.bet/register and fill in the three-step registration form. You'll need your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and a password. Once submitted, you'll receive an OTP to verify your mobile number. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. GamsPK registration is completely free — there are no sign-up fees or membership charges.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use GamsPK. This is a hard requirement — GamsPK verifies age at registration and may request identity documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are immediately suspended and any balance is returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.

No. GamsPK strictly allows one account per person. Opening multiple accounts — regardless of how different the details are — breaches GamsPK's Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended. If you previously had a GamsPK account that was closed and you want to return to the platform, contact support@gamspk.bet before registering again.

Click "Forgot password?" on the GamsPK login page. Enter your registered email or Pakistani mobile number and we'll send a reset link or OTP within a few minutes. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you've lost access to both your email and mobile number, contact GamsPK live chat with your username and our team will verify your identity and help you regain access manually.

Log in to GamsPK, go to Account Settings, and navigate to Contact Details. Updating your mobile number requires OTP verification to the current registered number first, so do this before you lose access to your old SIM. If you've already lost the old number, contact GamsPK support and our team will guide you through a manual identity verification process.

GamsPK temporarily locks accounts after multiple failed login attempts as a security precaution. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If the account remains locked, use the "Forgot password?" option to reset your credentials — this also unlocks the account. If the suspension appears to be for a different reason (such as a terms violation or responsible gaming flag), contact GamsPK support for a full explanation and to discuss next steps.

Yes. Contact GamsPK support via live chat or email to request account closure. Before closing, GamsPK will confirm your identity, settle any active bets, and return your remaining real-money PKR balance to your verified withdrawal method. If the reason for closing is related to gambling concerns, GamsPK's team will also offer responsible gaming resources and the option of a formal self-exclusion rather than simple account closure.

GamsPK accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit on GamsPK is Rs 100 — which is deliberately low to make the platform genuinely accessible to Pakistani players at all budget levels. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger an additional KYC verification step as part of GamsPK's responsible gaming and anti-money laundering commitments.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are typically credited to your GamsPK account within seconds. IBFT bank transfers usually take between a few minutes and one business hour depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are normally instant but may occasionally take up to 15 minutes for card authorization. If a deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact GamsPK support with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate immediately.

GamsPK does not charge any fees for depositing funds into your account. The full amount you send will be credited to your GamsPK balance. Note that your payment provider (Easypaisa, your bank, etc.) may have their own transaction charges on their end — GamsPK has no control over third-party fees and does not share in them.

No. GamsPK requires that deposits come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account — whether a family member's, friend's, or anyone else's — violates GamsPK's Terms and Conditions and may result in your account being suspended. If you have trouble linking your own payment account, contact GamsPK support before attempting to use someone else's.

Yes. GamsPK offers deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming tools. Log in, go to Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming to set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately when lowered. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour reflection period before the higher limit becomes active — this delay is intentional. Withdrawals

Log in to your GamsPK account, go to the Deposit and Withdrawal section, select Withdraw, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. GamsPK processes mobile wallet withdrawals in under 2 minutes as standard. Bank transfers take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal on GamsPK is Rs 200. There is no arbitrary maximum for verified accounts. However, very large single withdrawals may be processed in stages or may trigger a KYC review if your account has not yet been fully verified. GamsPK always communicates transparently if a withdrawal is being reviewed, and explains what documentation (if any) is required to complete it.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) normally arrive within 2 minutes. If yours hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, check that your registered withdrawal account details are correct in your GamsPK account settings. Also check whether GamsPK has sent a KYC verification request that needs to be completed before the withdrawal can proceed. If everything looks correct and the funds still haven't arrived, contact GamsPK support with the withdrawal reference number — we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

GamsPK performs KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing certain withdrawals — particularly first-time withdrawals or amounts above a specific threshold. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or passport and a recent proof of address. This is a standard requirement across all regulated betting platforms and is in place to protect both players and the platform from fraud. Submitting your documents promptly avoids delays in getting your winnings.

As a general rule, GamsPK requires that withdrawals go back to the same payment method and account you used to deposit. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. GamsPK covers the full calendar of professional cricket: PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, bilateral series involving Pakistan and all other international sides, the IPL, BBL, CPL, and major domestic tournaments. Pre-match betting markets are typically available 48–72 hours before a fixture, and live in-play markets open as soon as the first ball is bowled. GamsPK offers a wide range of cricket betting markets: match winner, series winner, top run scorer, top wicket taker, man of the match, over/under run totals per over, next wicket method, and more. For live in-play betting, GamsPK offers dynamic markets such as next ball outcome, current over total, partnership runs, and fall of next wicket — with odds updating in real time as the match progresses.

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is possible under DLS or any other official method, GamsPK voids all bets and returns stakes in full to all players. If a match is shortened but a result is reached using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, bets are settled on the official DLS result. Match Winner bets on a fixture with no official result are always voided and stakes returned — you will never lose your stake on a match that doesn't produce a result.

GamsPK settles cricket bets as soon as the official match result is confirmed by the relevant governing body. For PSL and ICC matches, settlement typically happens within 5–15 minutes of the final ball being bowled. Winnings are credited directly to your GamsPK account balance and are immediately available for withdrawal. Player-specific markets (top scorer, etc.) are settled after official scorecards are confirmed, which may take up to 30 minutes after the match ends.

In-play (or live) cricket betting means you can place bets on a match after it has already started — while the game is actually being played. GamsPK's odds update continuously based on what's happening on the pitch, so if Pakistan needs 60 runs off the last 5 overs, those odds will be very different from what they were at the start of the innings. Games & Odds

Crash games, Ludo, Andar Bahar, virtual sports — how they work and what to expect.

In a crash game on GamsPK, a multiplier starts at 1× and increases rapidly. You place a PKR bet before the round starts, then watch the multiplier climb. You can cash out at any point and collect your stake multiplied by the current value. The catch: if you don't cash out before the graph "crashes" (drops to 0), you lose your stake. GamsPK's Ludo game follows the standard rules of the classic board game — but with a real PKR stake attached. You join a room (head-to-head or multiplayer), put in your bet, and play. Andar Bahar is a traditional card game popular across the subcontinent. One card (the "joker") is drawn from the deck and placed face up. Two piles are then dealt, one card at a time — "Andar" (inside/left) and "Bahar" (outside/right). You bet on which pile will receive a card matching the joker's rank first. Self-exclusion blocks your GamsPK account immediately for a period you choose — 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Once activated, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. GamsPK removes you from all marketing during the exclusion. Any remaining real-money balance is returned to your verified payment method. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed. Non-permanent exclusions can only be reversed after the full period has elapsed, following a mandatory 7-day reflection wait and a check-in with GamsPK's responsible gaming team.
