GamsPK Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between GamsPK ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player") who accesses or uses the GamsPK website at gamspk.bet. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on GamsPK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

GamsPK is an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all supported payment methods are Pakistani domestic options. These Terms apply to all services offered on GamsPK, including cricket betting, virtual sports, crash games, Ludo, Andar Bahar, live dealer games, and any other games or features made available on the platform from time to time.

These Terms are written in English and this English version is the binding version. If any translated version is made available for convenience, the English text takes precedence in case of any discrepancy.

To use GamsPK's betting and gaming services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. GamsPK may request supporting documentation to verify the details you provide.

One account per player. Each individual may only hold one active GamsPK account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through other individuals — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed, bonuses forfeited, and potentially all funds being withheld pending investigation.

• You must provide your own accurate personal details at registration. Using another person's identity is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Your GamsPK account is personal to you and must not be shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify GamsPK support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• GamsPK reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Accounts that do not complete verification when requested may have withdrawals suspended until documentation is provided.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their use of GamsPK complies with any local laws or regulations applicable to their specific location within Pakistan.

GamsPK does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing GamsPK from a location where doing so is legally permissible for you as an individual.

GamsPK operates a strict 18+ policy. No individual under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

GamsPK uses a combination of registration-time checks and ongoing verification procedures to detect and prevent underage gambling. When age verification is requested, players must provide a valid government-issued identity document — such as a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — that confirms their date of birth.

Parents and guardians are reminded to keep their GamsPK login credentials secure and to make use of available parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing online betting platforms. GamsPK is committed to working with responsible gaming organisations to prevent underage gambling.

All financial transactions on GamsPK are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). GamsPK supports the following Pakistani payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallet numbers that match your registered GamsPK account details. GamsPK does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• GamsPK reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.
• In the event that a deposit is received in error or attributed to the wrong account, GamsPK will make reasonable efforts to reverse the transaction. Any funds mistakenly credited to your account that do not belong to you must not be wagered and must be reported to GamsPK support immediately.
• GamsPK does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of GamsPK's control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard review process. GamsPK's risk and compliance team may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal for verification purposes. In such cases, you will be notified and asked to provide relevant documentation. GamsPK aims to complete all verification reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

GamsPK offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and special promotions tied to major cricket events such as the PSL or T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.

Wagering Requirements: Most GamsPK bonuses carry a wagering requirement — meaning you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too) a specified number of times before the bonus funds become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Typical wagering requirements on GamsPK range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion type.

• Bonuses are credited to your GamsPK account within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. If a bonus is not credited within the stated period, contact GamsPK support with your deposit confirmation details.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. GamsPK actively monitors for attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your GamsPK wallet. Real money is used first when placing bets unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• GamsPK reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, GamsPK's decision is final.

GamsPK offers betting on sports, virtual sports, and a range of online games. Each category is governed by its own specific rules in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility as a GamsPK player to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game or market before placing bets.

• Sports Betting: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body. For cricket markets, GamsPK follows ICC official results including the application of Duckworth-Lewis-Stern in rain-affected matches.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted until the betting window closes for each market. GamsPK reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, particularly when the state of play is in flux or when technical issues affect market pricing.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or if the match result cannot be determined. In such cases, stakes are returned in full to your GamsPK account.
• Errors in Odds: If a price is displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error, GamsPK reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes. We will make every effort to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.
• Crash Games and RNG Games: All crash games and random number generator (RNG) games on GamsPK use certified random number generation systems. Results are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or third party.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are determined in real time by human dealers using physical equipment (cards, chips, roulette wheels). All live dealer games on GamsPK are conducted by certified game studios.

GamsPK does not accept bets from players who have material non-public information about the outcome of an event, or from players who are in a position to influence the outcome of an event. Any bets placed in such circumstances will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on GamsPK. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in your account, and potentially legal action where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one GamsPK account, including accounts registered in other people's names.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using GamsPK to launder money or conduct any financial fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to GamsPK support and will not be honoured.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate odds, or gain an unfair advantage on GamsPK.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share betting account access, or coordinate in a way that defrauds the platform or other players.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or staking patterns designed primarily to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing GamsPK support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access GamsPK's systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation.

GamsPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account action include — but are not limited to — violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected underage use, or behaviour that GamsPK considers harmful to the platform or its players.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, GamsPK will:

1. Notify the account holder via their registered email address where possible.
2. Complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe — typically within 5 to 10 business days for standard cases, longer for complex investigations.
3. Communicate the outcome and any required actions to the player.
4. Return any legitimately held funds to the player's verified payment account if the account is to be closed without evidence of fraud.

Players may also voluntarily close their GamsPK account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion) are processed immediately and access is blocked without delay. Other account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

In cases where funds are withheld following an investigation, GamsPK will provide a clear explanation of the reason. Players who disagree with a decision may escalate their complaint through GamsPK's formal dispute resolution process by contacting support@gamspk.bet.

GamsPK is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we want to ensure our players can keep it that way. GamsPK provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your GamsPK account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play on GamsPK.
• Reality Checks: Configure prompts that display how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered during your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your GamsPK account for a chosen period — 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without permanently excluding your account.

GamsPK collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The full details of how GamsPK collects, stores, uses, and protects your personal data are set out in the GamsPK Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

Key points regarding data handling on GamsPK:

• GamsPK does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
• Player financial data — including payment account numbers and transaction records — is stored on encrypted, secure servers.
• GamsPK uses your contact information to communicate with you about your account, promotions you have opted into, and important platform updates.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data GamsPK holds about you by contacting support@gamspk.bet.
• By accepting these Terms, you consent to GamsPK processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

GamsPK provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from outages, technical faults, or periods of downtime. GamsPK will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform outages or technical errors that prevent you from placing or managing bets.
• Loss of data resulting from server or system failure outside of GamsPK's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).
• Actions of third parties, including but not limited to internet service providers, mobile network operators, or other external parties involved in data transmission.
• Losses resulting from a player's own failure to maintain account security (e.g., sharing login credentials).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GamsPK's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. GamsPK expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits GamsPK's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

GamsPK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes — meaning changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a GamsPK player — we will notify you by:

• Displaying a prominent notice on the GamsPK platform for at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Sending a notification to your registered email address where the change is significant.

Minor changes (such as corrections to typographic errors, clarifications of existing terms, or updates to reflect new payment methods) may be made without specific prior notice, though the updated date at the top of this page will always reflect when the Terms were last modified.

Your continued use of GamsPK after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using GamsPK and contact support to close your account. Any bets or transactions that were completed before the updated Terms came into effect will be governed by the Terms that were in place at the time of those transactions.
